How to register your refund destination

Create an account at JPrefund.com using an email address and password, then register your passport, contact details and refund method. Use the same passport as at purchase; registering a different passport prevents the refund from being processed. There are three ways to register purchases: scan the QR code provided at the shop; enter the 20-digit transaction ID saved at purchase or printed on the receipt; or enter the purchase date and tax-included total shown on the receipt. Take a photo of the transaction ID to keep it safe.
