No. Tax-Free shopping is available only at stores officially authorized as Tax-Free shops. When shopping for souvenirs or other goods in Tokyo, Ginza, Kyoto, Osaka, Hokkaido, Okinawa or elsewhere in Japan, check whether the store provides Tax-Free or Tax Refund services.
