Combined same-day purchases at the six listed shops must total at least ¥5,000 excluding tax. Eligibility requirements apply. Group tour customers are generally excluded.
Bring the purchased items, original passport, receipts and a refund credit card or smartphone with Alipay or WeChat Pay. Register your refund method and email address. Visit Japan Web is not accepted at this counter. Japanese nationals residing overseas need additional documents.
After departure customs confirmation, Global Blue issues the refund through the registered method, less processing fees.
